Funding

Apply to IU Funding Board through your organization’s beINvolved Manage Organization/Manage Home screen Finance tool. Go to Create Request > "Create Budget Request."

NOTE: You must be listed as President or Secretary/Finance chair to access funding forms.

Submit the application at least six weeks prior to your event.

Present a detailed description of your initiative and budget to the Funding Board and directors. The board will schedule your organization for a brief three minute presentation discussing your initiative at a Monday IU Funding Board meeting. Following the presentation, the Funding Board will have a chance to ask questions about your initiative for three minutes.

Your organization will be notified of the decision approximately one to two weeks after your presentation/application review.

NOTE: This process can be delayed.
