Funding application process
Submit the application at least six weeks prior to your event for presenting requests and four weeks for non-presenting to be considered for funding.
Note: Applications for the Spring 2025 semester are currently closed.
Post-Application Process
Please do not submit your application more than once. Keep an eye out for an email from fundiu@indiana.edu about scheduling a presentation with the Board. Read all email messages from the Board carefully.
Groups with initiatives under $1,000 will not present to the board; their applications will be reviewed by the board. Due to a high number of submissions, the timeline for these applications to be reviewed can vary. Usually the process takes 2–3 weeks.
No subsidiary budgets may be submitted unless approved by the directors prior to your funding meeting.
